1 oz. Tequila (2 1/2T)
½ oz.
Triple Sec (2 1/2 T)
2 Budget Saver popsicles in lemon-lime, plus more for garnish
2 Coronita 7 oz. beers
1 cup ice

Green sprinkles or salt
2 Margarita glasses Corn Syrup

Yield: 2

To begin making your slushy popsicle margarita, pour corn syrup into a shallow bowl or baking dish. Pour green sprinkles into another. Dip the mouth of a clean margarita glass into corn syrup. The corn syrup should not be too high, so try to make sure it will only line the rim of the glass about half an inch deep.

Dip into sprinkles, then place upside down on a wax paper lined plate in the freezer.

Combine ice, tequila, two Budget Saver lemon-lime popsicles, and triple sec in a blender. Blend until slushy smooth. Pour your slushy popsicle margarita about 2/3 of the way to the top of a margarita glass. Open a corona bottle and quickly, but carefully dunk into the drink, placing the bottle mouth along the bottom of the margarita glass.
