Tracy Vega, the Zieggy Tribe member featured last week in Meet the Tribe, nominated Phat Pham after seeing Phat’s strong work ethic.

“When I was in Chino helping with a rebuild, I met and had a chance to talk with Phat,” said Tracy. “Phat explained some quality assurance principles he’d like to improve on. He seems very knowledgeable and I wanted to know more about him. He is living our Zieggy essentials by being transparent in his new role. He believes in teamwork and improvements, training and high quality products for our customers.”

Phat started working at The Ziegenfelder Company’s plant in Chino as the Quality Assurance Supervisor on October 30, 2017. The company’s core values stood out to Phat when he decided to come to the Zieggy Tribe.

“I was appealed to Ziegenfelder because of the friendly and family environment,” said Phat. “It’s great to work with people that care about their company and doing a good job.”

Phat is the youngest of four siblings in his family. He has one brother and two sisters. He’s looking to expand his immediate family.

“I am currently looking at getting a dog,” said Phat. “I like to travel, snowboard and on occasion go to Disneyland.”

Prior to joining the Zieggy Tribe, Phat was the Quality Assurance Supervisor at a cheese company. As a new tribe member, Phat offered advice to those new to The Ziegenfelder Company that focused on patience through the learning process.

“Take the time,” said Phat, “And engage with other employees.”
